Almogs Service call application-IAlmSrv, enables Almogs customers to open service call at Almog service call center, regarding technical failure question on their companys platforms.
Through the application, the customer can execute the following actions:
-Open services call by using personal login & password (supply by Almog service call center).
-Close service calls.
-Track service call status.
-View closed service calls which were open under his account.
